PARENT TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
LIFE SKILLS COACH
Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in child welfare OR an Associate degree.

Summary: Supports youth and families in building essential life skills to promote independence and stability.

- Key Responsibilities:

Teach and model daily living skills (communication, decision-making, routines)

Provide individualized coaching based on client needs

Assist clients in setting and achieving personal goals

Maintain documentation and progress notes

Collaborate with staff and service providers

Encourage positive behavior and self-sufficiency

THERAPIST
Requirements: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field; licensed or license-eligible in Illinois

Summary: Provides trauma-informed therapeutic services to children and families involved in the child welfare system.
